Terms and Conditions of Supply

1. The product can only be supplied on receipt by KCL1 Limited of a pro forma purchase invoice generated by the purchaser or agent of the purchaser and signed and dated by a person authorised to bind the purchaser to the contract to purchase.

2. All units will be paid for at the time of receipt by the purchaser. KCL1 Limited will deliver all units ordered at no cost to the purchaser.

3. All units remain the property of KCL1 Limited until paid for by the purchaser.

4. All units are guaranteed against defective workmanship for a period of 5 years from their fitting. All defective units will be replaced by brand new units.

5. Technical advice on fitting procedures is available to all purchasers.

6. The supply of units can be timed to coincide with the purchaser’s maintenance schedules of the vehicles intended for fitting with the unit.

7. KCL1 Limited do not guarantee the level of fuel savings that might be made by the unit. It is reasonable to assume that it will vary between vehicle makes, vehicle ages, vehicle servicing records and vehicle operating conditions.
