MPG Test Results

USA Testing
Prior to its introduction into the UK, the product had undergone a significant amount of testing for its capability of producing both fuel savings and emission reductions. KCL1 Limited has on file a portfolio of testimonials from both testers and end-users of the product. In every case the product achieved both fuel savings and emission reductions.

UK Testing
During July 2003 a test programme was conducted by West One Express, Lamby Way, Cardiff CF3 2EQ, Tel. No. 02920 798081 under the direction of Mr Neil Horgan, the company’s General Manager.

The KCL1 DIESELTECH –16® was fitted to a Renault Premium tractor unit operating between Cardiff and Dagenham on a daily basis. The average load hauled was 24 tonnes.

Prior to fitting the DieselTech unit the test vehicle was returning a consistent 7.7 miles per gallon

Conclusion - West One Express experienced a significant increase in fuel economy from the test vehicle fitted with the DieselTech unit. Over subsequent weeks of testing the vehicle returned a consistent 9.1 mpg delivering an overall improvement of 18.18%.

Such was the improvement that all West One Express tractors are now fitted with the product.
